My name is Robert Williams and am Admnistrator of these sites

The material presented in ALL my sites including this one called Hidden Message Journal is for free and non-commercial use.  My sites do NOT even have 'Google' ads on them.  I make, nor receive any funds for the work done here.  It started while I was an Associate Professor at Clinton Community College and was making internal "websites" for students because web access to students was NOT available to students at their desks.  So I created "Intra-Nets" that mimicked what their experience might look and feel like when they go home and have access to the Internet, if they had a home computer and internet access.  In 1993 when I started teaching not many students did.  I was the FIRST and ONLY Computer Professor to do this, for both on campus and off campus Credit Free Workshops.  I also did it because of the way the early internet was.  The early web I noted had sites that came and went as hagiographers were trying to "re-write" history.  A case in point was a website entitled "The Secret History of The United States".  It only lasted a few months and LUCKILY it was one of the sites I had used as an "Intra-Net" for students within the classroom.  That site is STILL preserved as I made it and re-wrote the code so that it would work INTERNALLY as much as I could.  It can still be viewed and the information verified by the sources if one goes to a University Library to check the sources.

It is in this same feeling and intentions that the material I present is used as defined as free use for educational, news and historical purposes.

In determining whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use the factors to be considered shall include—
(1) the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;
(2) the nature of the copyrighted work;

Thank You and I have indicated where appropriate that viewers should BUY the material for use at their own homes on television for better quality and viewing enjoyment.  I also urge people to READ MORE NEWS and from MORE SOURCES rather than rely on the one-sided MEANSTREAM MEDIA TV news owned by corporations that have vested interests in NOT covering certain news items, investigating certain historical events, or probing into political corruption because it would be "politcally inconvienent" for their revenue stream the advertisers.  REAL BRUTAL NEWS should be HONEST OPEN FAIR AND PROBING FOR BRUTAL TRUTH FACTS AND EVIDENCE.  Once those have been discerned it should be REPORTED continuosly, openly and honestly trying to STOP the hagiographers from re-writting history.

Reality MUST be truthful to be useful.
